First of all even though i am late, let me Congrulate you, for your pleasing & graceful approach at Web 2.0 Expo. This send an indication, about Yola's success and growth.

In addition with reference to my problem, I am sure our team would put efforts and i would be assured with a solution soon, apart what i observed was before i made updations few weeks ago no space existed between the banner and page heading image, this space was visible after i had made last updations few weeks ago. I just wanted to highlight what i observed.

First of all thanks for your reply. With refernce to my question, i observed such problem when i updated my site few weeks ago, before that no space existed between the banner and the page heading. Just this observation on my part in past is forcing me to think on it, why is it so?

There are a few issues you need to keep in mind that could help you to answer this question:

1) The search engine spiders crawl the web every few days to index all the new content that is published on the web. So it takes a little bit of time from the moment when your site is published until the search engines index it.
2) It depends what search term you are using when you google your site. If it is something very specific and unique (like your site title) then you have a better chance of showing up in a search. If it is something really general related to your site like for example "pet products" - take a look at all the search results that appear (for that search term I got: "Results 1 - 10 of about 15,500,000 for pet products") The first page only shows the first 10 results, the next page the next 10 and so on. So once your site is indexed, it may be somewhere on that list, but depending on how broad or narrow or competitive your search term is, that is the competition you face to appear prominently in the search results!
3)Google uses a complex formula to determine how highly your page ranks. No one knows what the formula is, but there are some general principles you can use to improve the ranking of your site. Your site will do better if you have a) outbound links (links from your site to other sites)
and 2) inbound links (links from other sites to your site.) Inbound links are the most important. They drive traffic to your site by referring visitors from other sites to your site. Google is looking to see that you are an authority on your subject and the way Google calculates this is based on how many links you have to and from your site.

Further i suggest you to submit your site at the following link:http://www.google.com/addurl/?continue=/addurl , if you have already submitted than ignore it, else after submitting your website please be patient for few days, because it takes time to crawl your website. I had followed the same procedure and today am i able to see my website in google search.

Hi Monique,
I had typed and edited my text in MS Word, and than pasted in Synthasite Text widget, so i did not face much problem expect Alignment, but i was able to over come it by different tools avaliable within Synthasite.

There is nothing wrong with support@synthasite, the reason for the delay may be just that christmas holidays are on, so there might be less people at sythasite desk.
Before few weeks the same case had happended with me, i to had feel disappointed as i was not replied to my email, but we need to understand that, support community is our and we are growing with synthasite, its natural delays in reply have been experienced by me also, but lets be patient and find ways to solve it. – Aasil, on December 26, 2008 08:08

HI there,
According to me , the easiest way to get out of this frustration is that you may insert an other text widget and type in it and remove the original one and take neccessary care regarding it.
Inserting a new text widget will possibly solve this problem, i hope so.
Moreover one other option to try is that you may pre type your text in word documnet and than directly paste in it in the text widget in your site. Suerly i think this will work.
If you are not able to than please let us know,. may be we find other ways out.
