paypal issues

i have a big problem with paypal. i have an online store for shoes, i already uploaded the shoes to my website and also included the option of making the pix bigger by clicking on the shoe. now i am in the paypal process, but it seems like each time i use pay pal for the price and add to cart it creates a new shoe with the add and view button, will i have to do it all over again, i mean linking the shoe inorder to have a bigger pix? when ever i click on the paypal pix it won't let me link it to another bigger pix, pls helppppppppp.

i need too name all the products individually. actuall i am selling shoes and need to put each name at the bottom of the shoe, hope that helps?
