This may be a really stupid question. Could someone please check out my website www.singingheart.yolasite.com. It seems to take forever to open certain pages. Are my pics too big? Do I have too much on one page? (I just received a complaint from someone who wanted to look)

Google Adsense - relevant ads or not?

Hi. I just added Google Adsense to my site www.singingheart.yolasite.com, from which I sell handcrafted jewelry. I thought Google Adsense chooses relevant ads for your site. The ads they've put on my site are swimming pool ads! Hmmmmm? Is this normal?

The thing I'm trying to do is not to make the pics bigger on the webpage, but to make them show up bigger when you click on the thumbnail or small square image. The do show up bigger, but I don't think they're big enough. Any ideas?

Two (should be simple?) things - I have a flickr gallery at the bottom of some pages so a person can look at an enlarged pic of what I'm selling. They don't show up big enough, so I resized them in Picasa, put them into Flickr, renamed them, then put all of the info. in the properties (yola) part of Flickr Lightbox, including the name in the Search . Sometimes it will display the picture (still not very big) - other times it won't even find the picture.

The other thing is - I'm trying to change the color of the font for the names of things in the Paypal widget. I can change the color in regular text, and I can also change it in regular text in Paypal, but it doesn't seem to allow me to change it for the name, or title of an item. Could someone please help with this - Believe it or not, I've been trying for hours!! My site is: www.singingheart.yolasite.com

Littleus - Wow! Thanks so much for the input! I really appreciate the time you spent figuring out what would make my site a better site. I will go over the tips, ideas and tutorials as soon as time permits. Hi Diedre, Thanks for the comments. I appreciate it. I live in South Africa and South African Rands are not listed as one of the currencies that Paypal accepts, although, since your note, I'm looking into it. I'll check out a Contact Form. Hi. Here I am with another question! I sell jewelry on my site (http://www.singingheart.yolasite.com) and each piece is one of a kind. I'm set up with Paypal. My question is - is there a way to have "SOLD" show up after the one item is sold? I know I can do this myself after the item is sold, but what if someone tries to buy before I can get to it? I saw something in Paypal that allows you to track your items, and I tried to add the HTML widget and code, but I don't think it was right.

You people are great and have helped me so much. I appreciate it.
