Last week my http://simplyeighties.com site became unverified (which I've now verified again), and today my http://blunderbox.co.uk site has suddenly become unverified, which means I'll have to verify this site again!

Does anyone have any idea why my sites are suddenly becoming unverified?

Also, after re-verifying my simplyeighties site, it suddenly dropped about 100 places in the Google search engine!

Your site is very nicely laid out. For instance, on the Chatsworth page I like the way your photos are placed on the left, then the right and back to the left - a simple idea, but very effective. This is a great thread with some nice sites. My site created with Yola is;

I must mention that since starting a blog and also by adding new material to my site on a regular basis, my site has moved up 120 places in the Google search engine within a couple of days! I'm determined to get to page one, (currently page 11) but there's a lot of competition with other 80s websites!

Nice sites everyone! Just wanted to say that I'm really pleased that my chillout site is now in the top 30 Google listing under "chillout music".

My tip: It seems that adding new material on a regular basis, and making sure there are good keywords within the text is working. I've also released several chillout videos at Youtube with links to my site. Also promote on social networking sites such as twitter, Yahoo Groups etc.

I'm getting a bit concerned by these charges slowly appearing "through the back door". How long will it be before Yola starts charging for a basic site?

I'm not angry, but just concerned for the future. Please, promise you won't charge for a normal site.

I just want to mention that I am no longer running the website how2earncash mentioned at the start of this thread.

I have decided to concentrate on my entertainment websites (built with Yola, of course!) as I find these more enjoyable to build.

So, a tip for earning money from your Yola site would be build a website only if you are enjoying the experience! It needs to be about a subject that you are passionate about. I believe that if you truly enjoy what you are doing then you will reap the rewards one day.

If you don't enjoy building your site, or you are building it purely to make money then there is a good chance that you will not succeed.

I've done quite a bit of work on my 80's website and added a new A-Z format for accessing the pages, making it much easier to navigate - see what you think:

After deleting the problematic widgets on the Amazon site, I decided to update my site from the home page, and then found that the Jean Michel Jarre page suddenly loaded - phew!

Anyway, I've now deleted those pesky MP3 widgets in Yola so they won't cause any more problems.

I've now deleted the widgets at Amazon, but the page is still not loading in the Yola editor.
