I am really confused......Please help

I am not able to insert links in my webpages.I even formated my system and reinstalled windows again. I tried in all browsers like internet explorer,mozilla,opera...When i type the link address in the link box and click on ok then no link is inserted.It remains blank.Please help.I tried in my two websites.Both are having the same problem.Earlier I had no problem but now I can't understand the reason for this problem.

I would like to say something about your comments.
1) Limited web space:
Yes it is not applicable with Synthasite because Synthasite provides unlimited free space for our sites.
2) Search engines often ignore them:
My site: sms4dear.synthasite.com has still not been listed on google. I have submitted my site url to google and also pasted the webmasters code. It has been two months but still my site has not been indexed by google.
Moreover I regularly update it.
But my site: createyourwebsite.synthasite is on Google's second page.
3) May have banners or ads:
Yes this is not applicable with Synthasite. It is for www.freewebs.com
4) No branded e-mail:
This is true for all because no site is providing a branded e-mail id on free hosting. Not even Synthasite.
5) Poor help and support: Again this is not true for Synthasite.But there are many other sites which are applicable.

Hi Guys !
I am sorry if I hurt anyone.But I think that everyone in this world is free to give his opinions.I was not in a mood to insult anyone.I didn't think that this thread will go so long. I was just sharing an idea.I discussed about webnode so that people know about it.I am not forcing anyone to quit Synthasite and jump to webnode. I just pointed out some good features in Webnode.I think that Synthasite should work on these features.
Synthasite is good but it should improve a bit.

Thank you all for your comments.
I am not saying that synthasite is bad ? But u can't say it as the best.
I don't think so. Just a good customer support is not a strong point for a site.
There are many other drawbacks of Synthasite. I too have created three sites with Syntahsite. Many times I have faced a lot of problem while editing my sites.
Today I went through WEBNODE. I found it more convenient because:
1) It is faster. You can edit your sites more fastly.
2) Automatic publishing and updating of sites.
3) Good and attractive templates. More professional look.
4) Searching tool in the site.
5) Important Pages created automatically. ex: About us, contact,feedback,Our team,guestbook etc.
But in synthasite u have to create these pages one by one.
6) Inbuilt forms in some pages.
7) Apply customised templates.
Seeing these advantages I was impressed with Webnode. I think webspace is not a big matter.If you want to create a small and beautiful site then,its the best.
I think that Synthasite still needs a lot of improvement.
