No word Wrap resizing a window?????

Text does not wrap when resizing the window? What am I doing wrong? when I look at other sites that have a lot of text, when I resize the window, the text wraps, mine does NOT!

The HTML "editor" doesn't always let you see/find the cursor! It won't let you hilite a section to delete it, or replace it! it's just a BAD editor. There MUST be a better one out there in the internet world...
