I've been reading a post about the privacy of photos on Flickr. My album was private but I changed it to public. Still doesn't work...

I've just started my website a few minutes ago and I want to have a gallery on it. I've tried the Flickr LightBox because it's really what I need. I would like to know how can I change the photos, I mean, What do I need to put my own photos.
