UK Duke -
Thanks for your note! I'm all over it tonight like butter on toast! It's funny because I can't see the favicon myself. I'm thinking it's my browser (IE8) because the favicon never shows for me..but if it's there, you're right about adding it everywhere.
Everyone else- Thank you for your kind words!

Yola makes my heart beat! :)Thank youuuuu Yola! My website looked icky awful before I moved it to Yola and used your free template. Today my company, Next Steps Career Solutions (NSCS), received serious press on CNNMoney.com for our 2009 Career Fair Survey findings. With a bad site, that could have been devastating for NSCS but I credit Yola (especially Littleus) for assisting me in building the site! Seriously, thank you!

Hi Monique (and thanks for the encouragement Littleus!),
My site is finally done! I'm writing to say the Next Steps Career Solutions Site is finally done and I would like to submit, for consideration, this link: Next Steps Career Solutions. Thanks plenty!
Trina
P.S. I love Yola. I didn't know a thing about html and I was able to start and finish this 41 page site in less than 4 days with everyone's help! Thank you again!!! – trina, on August 30, 2009 05:43-
trina started following the idea "Convert html color code to RGB color values" in Yola.
A comment on the question "Adding logo to browser tab + Pop it Menu (linkset 1 not working)" in Yola:
I'm working in IE so I wouldn't be able to tell if it's really working. Also, what I can't understand is why the Yola favicon shows in the browser next to its URL and I have not bookmarked that site. I don't necessarily follow the reasoning why after adding the html widget and uploading the .ico file it wouldn't. There seems to be some difference but I'm not educated enough in these savvy techy things as you are :). – trina, on August 30, 2009 03:35

Littleus,
I did not publish to a synthasite subdomain but rather to my own domain. I am guessing my script replacing "YOURSITEHERE.synthasite.com" would be a) "http://www.nextstepscareer.com/resources/favicon.ico" or b) do I drop the www so it's "http://nextstepscareer.com/resources/favicon.ico"?
Which is correct?
<!--
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="http://YOURSITEHERE.synthasite.com/resources/favicon.ico">
-->

Thanks Littleus. I figured out the issue. The codes were in correctly. The problem was that I didn't input the links correctly. The sites are published to http://www.next... and in the html component I originally put http://next...
It works now, thanks a bunch! Now onto this cross-browser favicon.

Adding logo to browser tab + Pop it Menu (linkset 1 not working)I have 2 questions:
1. How do I get my logo icon to appear in the browser tab window like Yola's appears when you go to Yola.com?
2. I am using the popit menu from the yolacodes site. The links in linkset [0] work fine but the ones in linkset[1] is not working. I looked at the code and it seems to be correct. The site url is Next Steps Career Solutions. Any help?

trina asked a question in Yola on August 26, 2009 19:17:
How do I find Page URLs for Unpublished Pages?I am trying to edit my site navigation but I can't figure out what the url to my pages are. The site is not yet published so the pages have the funky "http://sitebuilder.yola.com/29438093" urls. Please help! Thank you!
A comment on the question "How can I determine what each of my pages Url`s are?" in Yola:
I have a similar issue but for navigation purposes. I'm using a CSS navigation for my unpublished site but need to input the urls. When I copy the url from preview mode in the sitebuilder, it says something like: Http://sitebuilder.yola.com/38497259... and that "fake" sitebuilder url does not work in my menu navigation. If input the urls into my navigation according to your framework: mysite.com/page.php, once published, will it work or is there something I am needing to do differently? – trina, on August 26, 2009 18:09
