when I click on it to edit it, all of the text is deleted

i know how to make a whole picture into a link, but how i do a make one picture into several links. so that when somebody clicks on a certain portion of the picture it will take them to a different part of the site, and if they click on another portion of the picture it will take them to a different part on the site

also it only happens to one page, but after i decided to make that page again the exact same layout i saved it and then went to delete the problematic i deleted it then went to go back to my newly made page it had the same problem as before

the page wont stop loading and it is stopping me from editing the page. i cant move the layout boxes around, image boxes, or any other type of those things.

how do I make sub sub-page? i want to make sub sub-page so that when i get to the website i click on the sub-page and through that sub-page i can to get to another page only accessible through that sub-page.
