thanks donald, I just need an answer to this issue, it is in double dutch as far as im concerned, why the hell disqcus doesnt just incorporate all the html into the comments box without putting hyroglyphic instructions under the box amazes me.

sad I’m unhappy

I am very unhappy about the response time to issues with Yola and before you say anything yes I understand Disqus is independent from Yola!! when I first posted this issue hours ago, people who had issues well after me were answered? this reeks of favouritism and not a very good advert for Yola. Randy asked a question and was answered instantaneously whilst the rest of us were ignored?

Please answer the questions as are posted and not jump to the ones who YOU think should get priority.
We are all Yola users be it pro or free, no one entity should have rights over others!

Yola employees are here to help.??? were are they then???
