"Invalid component id ''. Cannot find component HTML"

Help!
Is anyone else having this issue?
I'm getting this message every time I open my "Broadcast" page (http://jessekedy.net/broadcast.php):

"Invalid component id '

'. Cannot find component HTML"



Every time I click OK, I get the same message for a different code (6 in all).


I believe this is referencing the Widgetbox audio widgets on the page.


- I'm using IE8 (I can't use Firefox or Chrome) and 


- I don't have my site editor open in multiple tabs or windows.



I also noticed that everything below the lowest widget on the page is gone; these are items I include on every page on the site:


- my "download my vCard" link and vCard image


- my copyright message


- my Google Analytics code



And when I try replacing the missing information, it's gone the next time I refresh/ save the page.



Any helpful help would be much appreciated.

Hi Jesse --

I just took a look at your page. You were right to focus on the missing vcard. It seems there was broken HTML in the widgetbox player widget which comes just before the vcard. I think perhaps the widgetbox HTML was not copied over completely. I have restored the widgetbox HTML and your site should now be working properly again.

This error usually means there is some broken code on your page. We have an HTML expert who can help you sort it out - would you mind emailing us? support@yola.com - make sure to mark it for my attention and I will get the help you need.

the page opens for me.

its asking me if i want install a plug in, but working fine.

The above reply i was using firefox - just to let you know - its also opens fine in IE8 and does not request a plug in install.

Thanks UK Duke... Actually, I'm having issues on the back-end, in the Yold editor page. I'm not having these problems when I view the site (besides the missing info on the bottom).

sorry - i miss understood.

You have line after line of MS Word formatting on the page in question.

The problem with copying in text from WORD is that it brings with it style code which sometimes casues problems on your web page.

As a rule you should first copy text into NOTEPAD and then from notepad copy it into Yola... it strips all the nasty code Word uses to style the text.

Good catch, Mike! That's funny because I noticed on Widgetbox that sometimes, when you click in the code, not all of it is highlighted. I thought I was copying the entire code, especially because the audio widget was working. But I guess I missed some. Thanks for the help!
