Hi "Yola" We are glad you like the name Yola! However, we respectfully ask that you not use this as your nickname in Get Satisfaction as this could lead to confusion if people mistake you for an official representative of the company and you could find yourself in the awkward position of being asked questions that you don't have sufficient information to answer. We encourage people to use their real names because just like you would like to know the employees, we like to know the real identities of our customers. This leads to much better relationships. Please go back to using your real name and not the name of our company!
So far Get Satisfaction only supports adding an avatar, name and title. These can be seen on the link Ruth has shared with you. Some of our employees are camera shy, but we are working on it. However we all use our real names and, in response to requests from you, many of us are now posting real photos of ourselves. I will also ask Get Satisfaction if they can consider a feature where we can post more detailed profiles.
Once again thank you all - we want to have real, open relationships with you and any suggestions that can help with this should be embraced. -

yes i do, i would like the email i was promised but have not got, it is to do with having to pay silver payment and bronze payment and being threatened to be kicked off if i do not pay both and i am still waiting for the email to say i wont be, sadly no email and it has been well over a week plus i have phoned too, bad practice by yola, i have even had to pay my silver 3 months early and still be threatened to be kicked off, not good yola, really not good
