or have a domain. yola.com will not let me control or access my domain to transfer or point it else where. I have tried everthing else. i have even contacted icann for help. please do not tell me to go to yola.com and go through the access my site . they say i do not have a site or i am not published. they claim ther is no record of me , yet my site points to them. I am at my wits end. i need to get my site up live.

Inappropriate?Hello Anthony
We have received your email in support. We will be looking into this and will give you an update on what can be done. -
Inappropriate?Hi Anthony,
I'm posting this here for anyone else who reads the thread. When you purchase a domain on Yola, the domain can only be used in the account where the domain was purchased.
If you have deleted your account and would like to edit the settings on your domain, you will need to either create a new account where we can assign the domain for you to access, or send us the changes you would like to make to the domain so that we can do it for you. Our email address is support@yola.com.
Anthony - we've made the change to your domain. It may take a few hours to take effect. If you need any other help, please let us know (I'll also answer your email in support).
