Is there any way for me, using Yola, to have my separate blog pages collaborate together for the blog archive?
I am trying to set up a couple web comics and would like them to each have their own section and still appear in the blog's archive.

Unfortunately at this time it is not possible to merge separate blog page information in the manner you are suggesting. I know this wouldn't be ideal, but you could always create your own archives section with links to various posts on the multiple blogs.
