I want to be able to change the color of the banner font on my page. Is this possible???

Inappropriate?if you mean the page heading then no you can not change it - it is really meta data.
What you could do is use a style where you can change the banner and add your own designed just how you like it.

Unfortunately the font type, size and color can't be changed for the page heading.
