Inappropriate?Hello Klatoo,
I am sorry but we don't have FTP capabilities at this time. Can you tell me what you would like to do and maybe we can come up with another option.
Regards,

Inappropriate?I have a complete site at another location and it would be easier to move the whole site over to synthasite using ftp.
-
Inappropriate?Unfortunately this is not possible. All pages need to have been built with our editor in order to work in SynthaSite.
I am sorry I could not be of more help with this!

Inappropriate?I have a similar question. I am considering purchasing the business version of Yola so I can expand capabilities with my site built in Yola. For example, I want to use a specific kind of photo gallery - not FlickR or SmugMug. To do this, I'm creating the slideshow on my computer (using Visual Lightbox2) and I need to be able to upload not only the HTML, but all the image files and CSS for this process. My galleries are extensive so uploading all the files one-by-one, instead of doing an FTP, just doesn't make sense. Have I missed something or is FTP not even possible in the professional version?
If I have to store my photo files on another server then I'm not sure Yola gives me enough advantages to warrant the business version. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE what you are doing here...I guess I just want it all. :)

Inappropriate?Hello Jane
I'm sorry but FTP is not possible with Yola. I wish I had better news for you.
To help the process go a bit faster, you may want to consider zipping up your files. Then, you can unzip them in the file manager.
When you upgrade to Yola Pro, it allows you to have 100mb upload per file. So, zipping up your files may be a viable option for you.
I hope that helps! -
Inappropriate? Thanks for the zipped file trick and the info about Yola Pro. I really would like to stick with Yola and use the Pro version but I have so many questions!!! ;)
