Can someone please help reset my password?
I signed-up and created my site on Monday. Once I logged off, I couldn't login in again - 'wrong password' message. So, I requested a password reset and also sent an email to support. It's now Thursday night and I still haven't received a response from anyone. I'd like to update my website - please help!

I'm sorry you are having this problem. Do you have an aol email address? Currently some of our emails to aol customers are bouncing when we email them, this could be what has happened to you.
If this is the case, is there another email address you could use to contact us?

Inappropriate?Yes, I signed-up with an AOL address. I have sent an email to 'support' using an alternate (non-AOL) address. Hopefully, this will lead to the answer.
