Can the address (url) be changed after the site has been upgraded?
I upgraded my site from Yola and due to personal reasons I need to change my web address. I can not use the site as addressed. Is there a way to do this without just deleting it and losing my $19.00?

I am very sorry, but we cannot offer refunds on domains that have been registered as we have already incurred the expense for this domain name with our domain registration partners. It is therefore not possible to change the domain name. Your only option at this stage would be to purchase a new domain name if you want to change it. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Click on the down-arrow next to the yellow 'Update my Site' button
2. Click on 'Publishing Settings'
3. Click on 'Unpublish your Site' and 'ok'. Your site will now be unpublished.
4. Then, click on 'Publish my Site', choose option "Buy my own domain name" and follow the steps until your site is published to your new domain.
When you get a reminder in 11 months time that payment will be due to renew your first domain, you can ignore the renewal reminder.
We are really sorry about the inconvenience and expense, and if there was another solution we would gladly offer it.
