Can we add an ebook to our site for direct download?
I want to add few ebook to my site. The ebooks will be free. Hence i dont have any hassle of payments etc. I simply want to give away a link to the page. So that People can click and start downloading, WITHOUT LEAVING my site. Any way to do it?

Inappropriate?right click on the text that you use to begin download and select copy link.
Now go to your site, choose the text you want to people to click on to start download, then highlight it and select insert link. then paste the copied link in the url section. Hope this helps!!

But where to save the ebook?
I own the book, but if i upload it to rapidshare, clicking on download will take my visitors to rapidshare :'( -
can u give me a link to your ebook on your website so i can analyze it some more -
Inappropriate?Monica_travelling, upload the e-book file to you website via the 'File-Manager'.
Then, to allow people to download the file, 'hyperlink' the text/picture to your file, simple.
I’m happy

Inappropriate?Hi Monica,
The guys are right (thanks guys!), and you can also use the File widget which visitors to your site can click on and download your file. The File widget can be found by the text widget, check out this pic:

Using CMD shift 4 - on a mac. If you're using printscreen on a Windows PC, you can crop the picture but you'd probably have to do it in Paint. -
