Inappropriate?I'm not having the same problem as you Peter, but what I am having is the following:
I have a new little site I'm busy with.
One page has 6 images (Ave. 40kb each) and 9 text widgets. Not one HTML widget.
I'm lucky if it loads one out of five times. It's been like that for 4 days now.
Here's a shot of my least favorite Gif at the moment:
-
:( i hate that GIF too -
Thanks for confirming that Boomer. Mine has been hit & miss for three days. Sometimes can't even get a Firebug reading.
That's a gif? And I thought it was a problem with my discount monitor :( -
Inappropriate?Hey peter.. were you trying to get into the Yola Code site builder?
-
Nope. Just into Yola :) -

see the change log -
Inappropriate?Just wondering cuz someone from Thailand was in the sitebuilder..so I was curious! Maybe it was John?? This is a mystery!
-
John isn't in Thailand -
I've asked some of the guys to look at your firebug info, Peter. -
Very strange Peter. Take a look at this:
http://sitebuilder.yola.com/sites/D81...
What do you make of that? -
Would be awesome to visit Thailand some day though -
Never mind.. I think it's the site where the person was before coming over to Yola Codes. -
Inappropriate?Hi Guys
So sorry - I have been out for a couple of hours. We are looking into this right now and will get back to you shortly! -
Inappropriate?Peter: Can you log out and in again and let us know if you still see errors or loading issues?
-
Inappropriate? We believe this problem has now been solved, although I am hoping Peter can confirm this for us.
-
Inappropriate?Hi Peter,
I will ask the engineers to have a look at this again. -
Thanks Kershnee -
Inappropriate?Hi Peter,
Apologies for the inconvenience.
I have taken a look and cannot see any obvious errors. Response times are quick and I have no problem accessing the website or sitebuilder.
Please let me know if you are still experiencing this problem. -
Inappropriate? So on your side it's fine.
This side the infrastructure is fine but Yola is inhibited.
What does that mean? -
Inappropriate? At exaclty 06:46 (GMT +7) hours the the login noticeably quickened. no stalling. and no misaligned login or yola page.

Inappropriate?Hi Peter
Changing the status of this thread back to active as per your request. At the time that I went offline several hours ago all was ok to the best of our knowledge and I hadn't heard back from you yet. I just got up to check on things and saw your further responses, so I am concerned.
However, an hour ago you indicated that things were good on your end, but I will leave this thread as active until you let me know that it is ok to close it. -
Inappropriate?Hi Monique,
It's back to it's tricks again.
I called the ISP>then to the satellite people. Neither have anything indicating a problem.
I gave them the URL and they reported that it wouldn't open completely and that the movement was extremely delayed.
The physical layout is that the Gateway is in a city about 80 Kms from the ISP HQ. The signal is fed from the dish to the ISP. They do what they have to and then shunt it back to the satellite where I tap ino it.
The hub of the satellite organisation (IPStar) is in Singapore and I don't know how that fits into it. They then allow a feed to my ISP (CSLoxinfo) in Bangkok. ( I am approx 110 kms land distance from theThe ISP and about 60 Kms from the gateway). then they titre it out to subscribers. I am on an ADSL system with a nominal rate of 256 KB/sec download and 128KB/sec upload. The speed from the ISP to me is as nominated the upload is about half of the nominated rate.
The collector dish is within 12 cabled meters of the connect jack. There is a "box" presumably some type of modem at this point. This then feeds a wireless router.
The router is within 3.5 meters of the PC unobstructed. There's a strong signal at the "box", the router and the PC.
I have been using Firefox and Chrome but never concurrently during this period. FireFox version 3.0.11. Auto-updated within the last 24 hours.
A second PC on the same network demonstrates the identical effect. -
Inappropriate?Peter: I have sent you an email about this.
Anyone else reading this thread: If you have any performance issues with the Yola website or site builder, please report it here.
