SynthaSite currently has a limit of 15MB per file, although there is no limit to the number of files that you can upload or the space available for your site.
If you have a individual file that is larger than 15MB you could use a free file hosting service such as: Boxnet http://www.box.net/ or Mediafire http://www.mediafire.com/ and link to it from your site.
Remember there is no limit to the number of files you can upload, they just all need to be 15MB or below.
