At the moment you can't change the attributes of the page heading such as the font style, size and color as this is set by the style. We are looking to add this functionality in the future but at present you cannot change it.
In the meantime you can choose a style with a customizable banner and then create your own banner with your heading text in it using a program like Photoshop or Gimp.
You can also use Banner Maker Pro
