If people would like to subscribe to your blog, they would use the RSS feed URL and add it to their RSS reader (like Google Reader, for example). You can find your RSS feed URL on your blog page, next to the icon that says "Subscribe to this blog".

If you would like to be able to send out emails to people to let them know that you have updated your blog, you would need to have some kind of subscription form on your site to gather their information. You can add a form by choosing one of the services and following the steps on this link: Forms.

I too would like Yola to provide a "subscribe via Email" function (not RSS) where readers can submit their email addresses and be notified via email when a new blog post has been published. It is one of the most effective methods of driving traffic to a blog post.

The methods provided above are really your only viable solutions at this time. Our blog does not provide the ability to send emails out when a blog has been updated. I'm sorry that I don't have better news for you.
