desperately need a member registration and log in ablility
well my site has members, and i desperately need a different set up as i tried to create a password protected one for admin, and one for basic members. they are both same login.... and everyone has same user name and password. not too secure...
we need a set up badly where users can register thier own username and password

We do understand that member registration would be very nice and users would like this, but it will take a lot of engineering to make this happen so we ask for your patience.
Because when you set password protection it is site wide, another option would be to create two sites and interlink them so that you could have more than one set of username and passwords. That is most likely not what you are wanting to do, but possibly it could work for you.
