Inappropriate? It is not possible to duplicate a site as far as I know.
Our featured site of the month has duplicate sites in two other languages: www.italiacamping.co.uk. The owner built one site in English, one in German and one in Danish and then used the two flags on the homepage as links to the other two sites. Take a look and see what you think.
It would be useful to be able to duplicate a site, so this is something we can look into. -
Thank you, that is what I saw and thought, but I was looking for a more convenient way - should not be that complicated (?) and would be very, very useful for not english speaking regions ... -
I have submitted your request to our list of requested features. I am sure our developers would be interested in looking into this. Internationalization of SynthaSite is one of our priorities, and if adding this feature would be useful for people wanting to translate their sites then we certainly want to work on it. -
Great idea! Thank you. -
Inappropriate? You can also translate your site using a google gadget.
Go to:
http://translate.google.com/translate...
to get the code for the widget, then simply drop an html widget onto your page and paste the provided code into it.
I’m happy

Inappropriate? Thanks! But I do'nt trust that much online translation tools (certainly not to Dutch ;-) ...
-
Agreed. While they are good enough to translate text so that it is understandable, they certainly don't create perfect translations!
