E-mail link not working
I have created a link on my website to send an email to the organization, and when i go to test it it states that "could not perform this operation the default mail client is not properly installed" please help.......

Could you post your URL so that we can take a look?
What email client do you use on your computer? (Eg. Outlook Express, Outlook). If you use email software on your PC, clicking on an email address would cause the software to automatically open a new email. If you don't have the software installed, it would probably start asking you to install it!

I do have outlook, but I have never used it.....my e-mail is either yahoo or msn.....so does this mean that this will work for others???? and only not working because it's trying to bring up my outlook????? -
Inappropriate?Thanks for the URL - I don't use any email software and it does the same for me - this is the way email links work in browsers!
You could add a line of text after the email address telling visitors to copy and paste the email address into their emails if it doesn't work properly.
