Flickr - Synthasite Permission

I would like to photos to my website using Flickr Lightbox. My photos on the website are on a password protected page. I want my photos to be private on Flickr but I want them to be viewable on the website. I have a lot of photos - too many to upload to the page. Any suggestions to make this possible? Thanks!
