Currently there is no way to do this - all of your published SynthaSite is available publically. We have plans to allow you to share parts or all of your site with a closed group, even to the point of collaborations as fellow authors.
If you have any feedback on features that would be good to have then we would be very interested to hear that.
Would you want to maintain a list of members who are allowed to see your website or would it be sufficient to have a password-protected site?1 Comment

Couldn't they add a hidden page? A page not included in their menu. Then members could access this page by adding a /members_only to the URL in the window in their web browser. I realize this isn't real high security, but the general public wouldn't know how to get there because it isn't shown on the menu. This gives some level of security. -

Thanks for the reply.
In fact I want to keep my site displayed to the public except for one page
(which contains an embeded forum). The idea is to allow registered members to access that page by first logging in to the members area with a password and then proceeding to log in the forum with their individual passwords. -

As I mentioned to Zooz, there is no support in the current SynthaSite release for restricting access to your website, but it is on our backlog. -

Inappropriate?Black fire networks has a page protection service where other people can login and view locked pages of your choice.
I haven't tried it yet, but you can give it a go
they also have a bunch of other stuff you might find interesting. check it out, i use it a lot.
