Whenever I try to add google webmaster and add the meta on Yola it will never work! I have followed the tutorial but it doesn't work!

May I ask where are you trying to add the meta tag? Make sure you are adding to the section entitled "Google Webmaster Code" under your "Properties" on the right hand side.
Please also make sure that when you paste in the meta code, that you do not include the content=" " Just use the code inside the " ". -
