Inappropriate?Hello Sharleen,
I'm sorry you are having this problem. Can you check the code you put in the field to make sure that you entered the proper part, you need to just enter what is between the " ". It should look something like this:
aYppv+WP404wX65zgyzqfWRMMAEhpAGVl0LBUVcGbSA=
Can you check this out, if you entered more than what was between the " " then remove the other part and try to reverify again.
Let us know if you are still having trouble.

Hi Emmy Thanks for the reply. I must confess I am very new to all this and when I built my website you were still call Synthasite. From what I can understand I have entered the correct part of the meta tag. However when I log onto webmaster tools each time, I am given the same tag. -
Hi Sharleen,
Can you give me your url and I will take a look at the code you have entered. Thanks! -
-
Hi Sharleen, are you sure thats the URL - you dont need the www.
your URL would be http://sejewellery.synthasite.com
However even that does not work - can you try to publish your site - maybe even choose the new .yolasite subdomain option.

Hello,
It looks like you have entered the proper string of code, so that is good! Can you try clicking the yellow Update Site button and then go back into Google Webmaster and click Verify again. -
Ihave updated my subdomaine and followed all your advice but still no luck. I am using your free service. -
Hi Sharleen,
I have looked at your source code again and see that the string of code has not been entered properly. Can you please take a look at what you have in your site builder in the Google Webmaster field. You will see that yours has content=" at the beginning, remove that and then try to reverify. Let us know if this does not solve the problem. -
Thanx for all your professional help Emmy I realy appreciate it and am glad to say that my problems are solved. -
Inappropriate?Hi Sharleen
When I view the source code of your homepage, I see this Google Webmaster metatag: content="xFzyGeMhJU3fe7SI3HekThffgv0AmJyPM4sCEi0A7Ck=
You should have pasted: xFzyGeMhJU3fe7SI3HekThffgv0AmJyPM4sCEi0A7Ck=
Delete this portion: content="
and then update your site.
If you still have no luck, drop me an email at support@yola.com and I can correct this for you.
