If you have published your site, you can share the URL here in the Get Satisfaction forum.
To add a new page to your site click on the "New Page" button at the top of your page. You will be prompted to give your new page a name and you will then be able to begin editing it.

I think you will find web-sites that will enable you to link to them regarding people living with cancer. There are specific groups for different cancers. If you need help please ask.
Creating tabs for your different pages is automatic with Synthasite. Once you create a new page a tab is placed in the navigation menu for you. This happens for every new page created.1 Comment
