Hi, I am wondering if there is any way to edit templates.

I am using the template Dirtylicious and would like to enlarge the body and make the boarder smaller. Is there anyway to do this by writing code? Also, if the banner of a template does not have the option of inserting a photo, is it possible to change the header color from black to another color?
