How can I put a lightbox gallery within a blog post?

I installed synthasite's blogging feature, and I am very excited! Synthasite gets better and better everyday.

I want to include a thumbnail of an image within a blog post so that it opens a larger image upon clicking the thumb. I would strongly prefer for this to be a lightbox-type thing. I do have a flickr account and am open to any suggestions!
