I set up our website on your site then I purchased the .com option today how do I get it from synthasite.com to www.atyourhomedentistry.com

First to do anything...We need to register the site name with a hosting provider and then we need to point the DNS server to synthasite..
We can explain how and all only after you choose your domain name host!
I prefer synthasite itself for .com registrations

You can choose to purchase your domain when you Update your site. Click on 'Update my Site' and you'll see that you can purchase the domain:
