How do I make a website equally same as this site? (getsatisfaction.com)
I saw that the getsatisfaction.com website looks great with many informative informations and items at the sides that arranged systematically, making this website looking great while maintaining all the easy-accessible items on its sides.
So, I want to know if this website can be made a template?

Inappropriate?I would go for Squeaky Clean style and just add stuff.
Squeaky Clean has a clear page which would allow you to replace the background, the menu is very high on the page which minimises any interference if you want to use as much of the page as possible. it's a very open palette. -
Inappropriate?I was looking at this myself. I use a tool on firefox that allows you to see the css so I copied it and I'm using it for a website idea outside of yola (dreamweaver).

Get Satisfaction is quite a specialized website, but Peter has given you some great tips.
Go for a neutral style like SqueakyClean. Then use the "Change Layout" button on the far left of the screen to select a layout you like (there are lots of great ones to select from). Drop widgets inside the different columns to organize your content.
If you can tell us a little more about the site you are trying to create, and what content you want to add, perhaps we can make some specific suggestions.
