Inappropriate?Hi Dean,
The style you've opted to use (RedPlanet) only allows for a single horizontal navigation. However, I'd suggest that you think carefully about the content in each of those pages and treat them as 'sections' rather than 'pages'- eg. within Courses you can create individual pages for "Beginners courses", "Swim and Run courses", "Bike courses", etc. It's fairly easy to add your own 'sub-navigation' on these pages using the Two-column and Text widgets.
If this sounds overly complex, you might switch to a style that uses a vertical navigation which will allow as many number of pages as you wish. The following styles do allow for a left-hand navigation as well as an editable banner area (my choice would be to use BareNecessities, NoFrills or Innovate):
- BareNecessities
- Decayed
- NoFrills
- Capsicum
- Innovate
- Entomology
- Pollinate

Good luck, your site's looking great!

thanks for that info tracy - is changing the theme of the site easy if i already have the site appearing in red planet theme ? -
You can easily change the style, by clicking the "change style" button. The content on the body of your page will be transferred to the new style, but you will have to reapply your banner image. Personally I think the redplanet style looks great with your site and I would rather keep it and try to create subpages as suggested below. -
Inappropriate?Hi Dean
Tracy has given you some great advice. To supplement this, you might want to check out our tutorial on Creating Subpages: http://www.synthasite.com/tutorials/c...
This tutorial gives you step by step instructions on how to divide your site up into categories and organize your menu so that all of the pages aren't in the main menu, cluttering up your site.
Let us know if you run into difficulties with any of these suggestions.
