Inappropriate?google images is indexed the same way as google. When you place alternative text in your images, google crawls and indexes it based on your alternative text.
To insert alternative text, if your image was placed via the image widget, click on properties and type alternative text in the box... for an image in a text widget, open up properties and look for "alt" then type it in as alt="text" ... if you don't have alt tag, place it directly before the "src" tag.
