I am sorry you are having this problem. Are you trying to sign up for a new account or log in to your old one?
If you are wanting to log in to your old account then you can do this as follows:
1. In the top right hand corner of the screen, you will see the login area for existing users - people like you who already have an account (see the attached screenshot).
2. Fill in the email address you used to sign up to Yola, and your password (the one you chose when you created the account), and click on the "Login" button.
3. You will be taken to your account where you will be able to open your site and make changes to it.
If this does not solve your problem, please let me know.
