I can access Yola Dashboard but not my web site, why is this?
When I try to log into my website, I can't but when I can login to the dashboard with no problems. The e-mail & password are the same for both. Is the site still down?

I am able to login to my site with no problems.
Can you try to clear the cache in your browser and try re-logging back in. Also.. maybe try from a different browser?
If those two things still do not bring about the desired effect, I would recommend sending an email to support@yola.com. Provide them with the details and I'm sure they'll be able to help you sort it out.

The site builder is not down at the moment. You should be able to log in and edit your site. Littleus has given you some good tips. Just a couple of questions:
After you log into your Yola account you should be taken to your MySites page, where you will see a preview of your site. Click on it, to open it in the sitebuilder.
If this does not work for you, please can you describe what happens when you try to open your site. Do you get any sort of error message? If so, please tell me what it is. If not, just describe the screen you see when you try to load your site. -
Inappropriate?I get the reply, your password is not correct please retype or something very similar.. This getting really frustrating now! yet the account is still showing my picture in the dashboard, its all a bit confusing.

Are you talking about the dashboard on this forum?? This dashboard is separate from the Yola log in site for your site builder.
