I cannot access my sites!

I was in the middle of editing my http://simplyeighties.com website, but when I tried to save my work the site just froze!

I logged out of Yola and then tried to log back in, but I keep being informed that I have entered the wrong details! I have tried carefully entering my email address and password many times but to no avail.

Can anyone help please?
