I can see the problem that you are experiencing and I hope that I can help.
Did you by any chance delete your index page? SynthaSite automatically maps the index page to the root of your domain. The webserver will not know which page to serve if the index page is not there.
If this is the case, just create a new index page from the Site Manager screen. If not, please let me know so that I can continue assisting you.
