I don't want one or more of my pages to appear in the menu (navigation bar). What can I do about this?

Go to "Edit Menu." The "Edit Menu" dialog allows you to determine which pages will appear in the menu and which will not. It also allows you to change the order in which they appear in the menu. If you drag a page into the "Out of Menu" box it will not appear in the menu. Drag and drop pages to rearrange the order in which they appear in the menu. If you remove a page from the menu you need to link to it from one of your other pagers if you want your visitors to locate it.
