i cant make the code wwork on my bowling page without it making the page get 4 times longer. i dont know whats up.

One thing you need to do is make sure you put all your content into a two-column widget. I don't know if you've done that. The content of your site goes into the right-hand column and the code goes into the left.
If you have already done and are still experiencing some problems, leave the code in and I'll take a look at it. I just want to see what's happening. -
