I Have Chosen Sportie, Like The Design Template?

i have decided to choose sportie as the new name of Sports Info,
i have come up with a new design for the site, do you like it?

well thats the size i made it at & i think it might look silly, may i ask if your moniter is widescreen?
because it might look bare on one of them. -
No not a wide screen....I wish....It is fine as it is really.I like the name ....it makes me think of a bunch of guys sitting around having a few drinks and talking sports.

thanks littleus, i realy liked your ideas but Sportie came out on top beacuse of domains, its short & snappy & it looked good as the logo i set.

well, i cant see any room for improvment apart from makeing the tables smaller, there is space above and below, i dont realy like that.

Tee hee.. yep.. it's meant to be like that. They're my "headers". If I made the space around the heading smaller, then the table lines would hit the text and make it not very nice to read. I could perhaps reduce the width though, but definitely not the height. Is that what you mean?
The look will still be the same though - box with the blue on top. -

A few spelling mistakes I picked up ! ("scroe" should be "score"
and "tow" should be "toe") Instead of - "Rugby, the dirty messy sport"
How about:
Rugby: A hooligan's game played by gentlemen.
and
Football: A gentleman's game played by hooligans.
