I'm sure you guys know more than the actual workers from Form Assembly.
Form assebly is fantastic but when you compare their service to that of Yola, well, there is no comparison... The people at Form assembly are terribly slow and do not explain well enough! Does anyone here know how to validate the email address on Form Assembly? Is it possible to do it with a free account?

Inappropriate?I'm supprised you even got a response out of them. I've been waiting about 3 months now. I also used to love Form Assembly until I started using Jotform. It's simple to use and comes packed with some pretty advanced features.
You can do form validation and they even allow file uploads on the free account.
Their reps have even popped in here on GS to answer questions in the past.
