Images not found on computer using browse function
I can't get anything uploaded within File Manager to display properly . Dimensions of the image shows but not the actual image . If i try and upload in the other format by browsing my computer files the application doesn't find anything . In other words nothing displays to be uploaded not even if on desktop . I did not have this problem a few days ago so have no idea why i have it now . I run Linux not Windows . :-)
Note: I tried using the Add An Image function below this post and got the following message :
Oops! The image must be a GIF, JPEG, or PNG.
When i checked the properties of the image that would not upload it shows as a jpeg image .

Inappropriate? So if you have the same problem with GetSatisfaction, its not a Yola account issue. As your using Linux a can not be 100% sure on what to advise, but as a cross operating system guess i would suggest checking you have the most recent version of flash installed.
If you do, what browser are you using?

Inappropriate?Ok , maybe it is a Linux issue but i did not have the problem initially so i did not think that way . And i don't have the problem with my Word Press blog site . But i am also new to Linux so will run by some folks on their forums .
I am using Firefox 3 specifically built for Linux and it automatically notifies you of upgrade add ons and plug - ins . Currently shows Shockwave Flash 10.r22 . So unless Firefox slipped something by me i really don't know either . :-)
I hope to find a solution as i like what i have seen of Yola so far and would like to use it . Problem with Linux forums is you often get " geek " answers and i am not very " geekese " . :-)
Note the html that appeared when i tried to add a url image . Maybe that will tell you something ?
Thanks for taking the time to respond to my inquiry . Will let you know if i can find a solution . -
Inappropriate? If you never used to have this problem you could try and uninstall firefox and then reinstall it. See if that works.
