Yes you can insert a video into your blog post. Here is what you do:
1. Open a new blog post and add your text or pictures.
2.Find your video (eg on Youtube) and copy the "embed" code.
3.Go to your blog post and click on the HTML button (the last button on the right at the top)
4. Copy the embed code into the HTML screen and click save.
5. Publish your post and the video should be there.
