Inappropriate?Hi,
When you publish a site you have an option to publish to a free subdomain. Click on the yellow "Publish My Site" button. A dialog box will open up, select a free subdomain by filling in the first box and follow the prompts to publish your site. -
Inappropriate?Have a look at website www.freewebsitemake.synthasite.com
There is a section including some free website domain names you can use.
There are also many other free website stuff you can use to build your website
I’m confident

Inappropriate? It's literally impossible to get a free upper-level domain name (.com, .org, .net, etc...) because all domain names need to be renewed once a year, and no one is going to do that for you for free. Any service that offers a free domain name is either lying or not showing you the fine print clearly enough.
Your best, and cheapest, bet is to use a really short subdomain. I use http://co.cc .
Here's a forum tread where you can learn a little more about it.
