We recommend adding Google Analytics to your site. This application will help you track your visitors' locations and behaviour on your site - letting you know which parts of your site are the most popular/effective.
Here's how to add Google Analytics:
1. Go to http://www.google.com/analytics/ and sign up for a free account.
2. Type in the URL of your site.
3. Copy the verification code provided by Google.
4. Go to SynthaSite and drag and drop a HTML widget at the bottom of each page you want to track. You could place the code anywhere on your page, but always adding it in the same spot helps you keep track of where you have placed the code.
5. Paste the code from Google into the dialogue box of the HTML widget on each page.
6. Republish your site.
Your site will then be verified and you can log into your Google Analytics account to find out all the information you want to know about the people who have visited your site, it takes 24 hours for Google Analytics to collect the first lot of data about your site.
(Note: Google Analytics sometimes gives a Javascript error on drop. This is a known issue, but will not interfere with Google's ability to verify your site. If you get this error, simply navigate to another page on your site and it should all be fine).

You can add hit counters to your site if that's what your'e looking for.
Add a hit counter by using the Widgetbox Gallery:
1. Drag and drop a Widgetbox Gallery widget onto your page.
2. A dialogue box will open, search for 'hit counter'.
3. Choose the counter that you would like to use on your site and customise the settings.
5. Click on the green 'Get Widget' button and it will be saved and added to your page.
6. Save and preview your page to view the widget.

If Widgetbox does not give you a hit counter you are happy with, you could google for "free hit counter" and use a service like: http://www.website-hit-counters.com/
You can embed one of these hit counters in your page by:
1. Copying the HTML code the hit counter service provides.
2. Dragging and dropping an HTML widget onto your page and pasting the code into the HTML editor.
