Lady needing domain and publishing help!!!! pulling out my hair!!
I recently had my previous hosting service changed my A record (since Dot5hosting doesn't give you total control of your domain), I had them point it at 208.75.208.172. I believe that was done correctly. I even went to network-tools to see if it had changed and my site now resolves to 208.75.208.172 meaning that it was changed on my old hosts end. However, I am unable to publish my website created with yola? I have already gone to the bottom where it says "use existing host". Is there any help here for that? I am dire need of some help. The site is www.newfoundationts.org and it's not been published.

You'll see that when you go to http://www.newfoundationts.org/, it goes to a placeholder page (it's Yola's). When you go to http://newfoundationts.org/, it goes to your domain registrar's placeholder page.
If you buy a domain name through Yola or use one of our subdomains, your domain will work with or without the "www" prefix, automatically.
If you have bought your domain elsewhere you need to made sure that your DNS settings are configured correctly to support the "www" prefix. You need to set up two A-records. One with the hostname "@" and one with the hostname "www". Both should point to our IP address: 208.75.208.172. If you require assistance with this, you'll need to contact your domain registrar.

Inappropriate?Thank you. I'm trying to address them with this again. I really don't like the fact that I can't make these changes myself. At least then I can double check myself. So the job is halfway done basically what you are telling me?
